- What if I Need Something Not Listed in Your Services?We are a full-service concierge, so as long as your request is legal, moral, ethical and does not require your personal presence, just tell us what you need and we will find a way to complete your request.
- How Much Notice Do You Need?We prefer as much notice as possible, but we can take your request with as little as 24 hours advance notice. We will do our utmost to accommodate emergency requests. Please note that an additional fee will be added at the time of payment for emergency requests.
- Payment:Full payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements are previously made. What Methods of Payment Do You Accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, money orders, and checks (services paid by personal check will be completed upon bank clearance of check).
- Pricing:Some services are billed hourly, some are a percentage of the total and some are a flat fee. We strive to offer superior service at very competitive rates. Please contact us for a quote on your specific needs. Any prices quoted by Glorified Go’fers are for services rendered by Glorified Go’fers and DO NOT included charges for third party vendors, or merchandise purchased to complete your request.
- Gift Certificates:Gift Certificates ARE transferable although non-refundable, and have no cash value. They are available in any denomination.
- Cancellations:24 hour advance cancellation notice is required. Failure to provide required notice will result in the full cost of services rendered by Glorified Go’fers and any items already purchased to complete your request.
- Vendors:All of our vendors are pre-screened, top quality, licensed, insured and bonded professionals. We are also happy to use any special favorite vendors you may already have.
- Privacy Policy:All personal and credit card information collected by Glorified Go’fers will remain confidential. We do not sell any information about our clients.
